Maui Condo for Rent in Beautiful Kihei
My family owns two condos on Maui in the Kihei Kai Nani complex right across the street from Kamaole Beach II, a gentle sloping white sand beach, walking distance from both condos. After arriving home from Maui just recently, I've decided to really focus on renting these two condos out to friends, family or anyone who would like to vacation in Maui. All units in the complex are one bedroom/one bath, approx. 725 sq. ft. including the lanai. Both of our units (126 & 127) are considered Deluxe Units. Amenities include: updated furnishings, 2 color TVs, DVD player, CD player and radio, murphy bed, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, air conditioning, styrofoam cooler and a blow dryer. Our units also have internet access (only 15 units have this so far). They are both located next to each other behind the swimming pool and laundry facilities on the ground floor.
Rates:
Low Season--April 15, 2007 through December 14, 2007 $108 per night
High Season--December 15, 2007 through April 14, 2008 $159 per night
Minimum 3 night stay. 4 people per condo and $10 extra per person up to 6 total.
11.42% Hawaii state tax will apply. Special rates for stays of 28 days or more.
